Social distancing, isolation, loss of loved ones, and even loss of our regular way of life are all difficult to navigate and can be devastating for individuals and communities alike. Delaware Changing Lives wants to help everyone manage stress and trauma in a difficult time. We’re currently working to get our trainings online and available to the public as quickly as possible, and we’ve collected the following resources to help you deal with the current crisis.

You’ll notice a theme of connection in our resources. When we’re physically distant, it’s more important than ever to connect virtually and emotionally. And when we’re struggling with resources, we need to connect to share and support each other. So let’s get started!

A huge thank you to our partners who have worked with us every step of the way!
